We understand that renting or leasing stables, barns, stalls and/or other real property online involves a great deal of trust on your part and we respect your privacy. We take this trust very seriously, and make it a priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.
The term "you" herein refers to the users using the Site to look for properties to rent, members who list their stables, barns, stalls and/or other properties for rent on the Site; and all other users who use software, other tools, or services we provide, and/or otherwise use or access the Site.

This includes information that can identify you ("personal information"), including your first and last name, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses, method of payment and billing information (such as credit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date). We also may request information about your rental preferences. You can choose not to provide information to us, but in general some information about you is required in order for you to register as a member, view and/or post listings, submit and/or book a reservation, or initiate other transactions on the Site.

As a result, personal data contributed by or collected from users may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which we or our agents maintain facilities. By using our Site, you acknowledge and agree that you may be transferring your personal data outside of the country in which you have contributed it (“your country”), and that you consent to any transfer of information outside of your country.
We do not knowingly collect or process data from anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years old.

One of our goals in collecting this automatic information is to help customize your user experience. If you provide us with your email address or phone number, you agree to receive emails to that email address or text messages to that phone number, as the case may be. Your Choices Regarding the Use of Your Information
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, or if you prefer to “opt out” of having information used for purposes not directly related to listings, bookings, or processing of a property rental, you may contact us at any time. As discussed, you can choose not to provide us with certain information, although it may be needed to make a stable, barn, stall and/or other property listing, booking and/or lease, or to contact our suppliers or take advantage of certain features offered on the Site.
How We Secure Your Personal Information
We want you to feel confident about using Staller to rent or lease stables, barns, stalls and/or other properties, so we have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us. Additionally, it remains your responsibility:
To protect against unauthorized access to your use of the Site;
To log off or exit from the Site when not using it;
Where relevant, to keep your password or other access information secret. Your password and log in details are personal to you and should not be given to anyone else or used to provide shared access for example over a network; and
To maintain good internet security. For example, if your email account is compromised, it could be used to ask us to reset a password and gain access to your account with us. You should keep all of your account details secure. If you think that any of your accounts has been compromised, you should change your account credentials with us, and in particular, make sure any compromised account does not allow access to your account with us. You should also tell us as soon as you can, so that we can try to help you keep your account secure and if necessary warn anyone else who could be affected.
If you have asked us to share data with third party sites, however (such as Facebook) their servers may not be secure. Credit card information is generally stored by our credit card processing partners and we ask them to keep that data secure. We also use third parties to help us optimize our website flow, content and advertising.
Note that, despite the measures taken by us and the third parties we engage, the Internet is not secure. As a result, others may nevertheless unlawfully intercept or access private transmissions or data.
Phishing or False Emails
If you receive an unsolicited email that appears to be from us or one of our members that requests personal information (such as your credit card, login, or password), or that asks you to verify or confirm your account or other personal information by clicking on a link, that email was likely to have been sent by someone trying to unlawfully obtain your information, sometimes referred to as a "phisher" or "spoofer." We do not ask for this type of information in an email. Do not provide the information or click on the link. Please contact us if you get an email like this.
Any information you may disclose on the Site, in listings, reviews, or on other public areas on the Site or other third-party websites that this Site may link to, becomes public information. Please exercise caution when disclosing personal information in these public areas.
